1. Donations

  • Non-Refundable Donations: All donations made to Crrystal Light Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is immediately directed toward our ongoing campaigns and services, such as elder care, medical assistance, and food distribution.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where an error has occurred during the donation process (such as accidental duplication of a transaction), please reach out to us within 14 days of the donation date. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis, and refunds may be issued at our discretion.

2. Incorrect Donation Amounts

  • Errors in Donation Amounts: If you believe that you have made an error in the donation amount (for example, donating a higher amount than intended), please contact us immediately. While donations are non-refundable, we will work with you to ensure that your contribution is adjusted as needed.

3. Tax Deductibility

Please note that donations made to Crrystal Light Foundation may qualify for tax deductions as per applicable laws in India. Refunds on donations that have already been claimed for tax deductions will not be possible, as they would affect the integrity of the charitable tax records.


4. Event Registrations and Campaign Support

In cases where donations or contributions are made for specific events or campaigns, cancellations or refunds for these events will not be processed, as all funds go directly toward the cause for which they were raised.


5. Goods or Services for Contributions

  • Physical Goods: Occasionally, Crrystal Light Foundation may offer promotional items in exchange for donations. These items are symbolic in nature and represent your support for our cause. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement where possible, or issue a refund in case of an unresolvable issue. You may need to provide proof of the defect, including photographs.
